Sessions take place at The Massage Alcove, 2733 E Lakin Dr. Suite #4, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
Must I be completely undressed?
No. You only undress to your comfort level. You will be properly draped and covered throughout the session.
Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
No. You will be given privacy before and after the session.
Will I be covered during the session?
Yes. Professional draping is used at all times.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
That depends on your goals and comfort level. We will discuss focus areas before your session begins.
What will the massage or bodywork feel like?
Sessions can range from deeply relaxing to more therapeutic depending on your needs and pressure preferences.
Are there different kinds of massage and bodywork?
Yes. Services include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Reiki, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Cupping, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, and more.
What should I do during the session?
Relax, breathe, talk, stay quiet, ask for adjustments, or let the session unfold in whatever way feels best.
How will I feel after the session?
Many clients feel calmer, lighter, looser, sleepy, emotional, energized, or deeply relaxed.
What should I expect for my first session?
We will discuss your goals, comfort level, pressure preferences, and boundaries before beginning.
Do you offer couples massage?
Couples massage is not currently offered.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Sessions are by appointment only. Please schedule before arriving.
Will the massage hurt?
Massage should not feel unbearable. Deep work can feel intense, but pressure can always be adjusted.
